Local delivery within a 50 mile radius of the gallery is available. On receipt of cleared funds, we will be in touch to arrange a mutually convenient time for delivery.
Postal and courier delivery
We ship paintings worldwide and artwork is securely packaged and insured against loss or damage during delivery. Delivery costs are calculated based on your delivery location and the size/weight of the artwork you have purchased. Please contact us before purchase if you would like to know costs.
Please be advised that customs fees may occasionally be charged upon arrival in the destination country. This is unfortunately out of our control and payment of such fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
Any hold ups at Customs in the receiving country is unfortunately out of our control and any associated customs fees will be at the expense of the customer.
If the artwork is not as you expect you have 14 days on receipt of delivery to contact us by email and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service it was sent to you. Return delivery costs will be at the customer’s expense.
Once the piece has been safely returned we will refund your payment within 14 day. Refunds will be for the original sales price of the artwork (minus original shipping cost).
Refunds are not available outside of Europe
Damages during transit
All work is carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive artwork that has been damaged in transit, please photograph the damaged item immediately, if the courier is still there refuse the delivery as the item is damaged. Contact us within 7 days and we will start an insurance claim.
